Our New Thermo Bonded Footballs are connected by heat. There are no stitching, which means the balls absorb less water and better hold their original weight when playing on a wet surface.
Superior durability and air retention when compared to hand and machine-stitched balls.
No thread, thermal bonding process creates a seamless and highly water resistant ball for play in all weather conditions.

Thermal bonded balls boast greater shape retention and durability due to an integrated structure that uses special glue to attach the bladder to the lining and leather firmly. Excellent roundness to reduce resistance when flying and rolling, making the ball shoot faster, while the seamless surface allows for less water uptake, helping the ball last in any weather.
